We understand that this is one of the most dreadful parts and we certainly hope that we can present them like a little fairytale. Unfortunately, we are unable to and this is the simplest possible. Amendments will be made as and when needed, so please do check them out whenever you can't get to sleep you can.
In the event of any unfortunate case, Cherryblossom Town reserves the right to refuse any transaction. These may include, but not limited to, incidents such as you being blacklisted in other site, failure to come to a compromise during transaction, or previous bad experience with you.
In CBT, we will take every effort making sure that pictures and description of the products are available as accurately as possible. But we cannot completely rule out the possibilities that items may differ slightly from the images on the website due to resolution of individualˇ¦s computer and manufacturing process.
Cherryblossom Town will not be responsible for any allergy, irritation due to the use of our products. Everything in CBT is fresh from oven, field, trees, etc. However, we do urge our customers to take necessary action to clean/wash their items before use. Especially if you have sensitive skin/body!
All prices are shown in Singapore currency (SGD) and not inclusive of postage/courier charges, unless otherwise stated. Discounts will be given as and when appropriate, without request.
Payment is to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) within the next 2 working days upon order confirmation. Payment methods include interbank transfer and paypal. For more information on usage of paypal, please refer to their website.
Payment confirmation will be sent to you after payment has been received in our account.
In unfortunate cases where we do not receive neither payment nor notification from you within the next 2 working days after order confirmation, transaction will be cancelled and item put back for sale again.

Postage fees will be based on Singpost and will include stamps, envelopes, bubblewrap FOC courtesy of Cherryblossom Town. All shipping & delivery charges will be borne by the customer who will be advised upon confirmation of orders. Arrangement for couriers/postages will be done asap after payment is received. We will make every effort to notify on stock availability and delivery status.
Cherryblossom Town will not be responsible for late deliveries due to SingPost delivery schedule as well as loss/damaged of goods in transit. Registered mails are strongly encouraged.
All local orders will be mailed via Singpost, unless otherwise stated. Click for more information on the rates: Singpost postage rates.
International orders will be delivered by Speedpost. Delivery time range from 1-10 days depending on the service engaged and rates will be calculated accordingly with weight, services, etc. All information is based on Speedpost/Singpost. For alternative courier method, please state in your order and we can make arrangement thereafter.
Sakura will make sure that all purchases are being wrapped properly (including bubblewrap) before sending and not be liable for any damaged/lost items during delivery.
We will appreciate if cancellation rates are at the minimum. If cancellation is due to unavailability of item(s), full refund will be paid. However, there will be no refund for any cancellation after confirmation and payment.
Refunds and exchanges will be done if item(s) are out of stock or if we sent the wrong item(s) to you. In such case, please do not unwrap item. Otherwise, all goods sold are non-refundable.
For exchange, please notify us via email at iwantthese@cherryblossom-town.com within 2 days from the date of receipt of the good(s).
Discounts are given to wholesale orders and CBT will not be responsible for any damages, prices differences, etc if you had purchase from them. CBT will not be liable for any purchases outside this site. If in doubt, please contact us before making your purchase.
