How do you get your products?
We plant, farm, mine or get otherwise from all corners of Cherryblossom Town.
(Well, if you really have to know, we can only say that products are from different suppliers all over the world)

Can I order as wholesaler?
Of course you can! But that depends on how much resources there are left in Cherryblossom Town. (In other words, how much stocks left in Cherryblossom Town) However, we will try our best to arrange for intensive mining or external help from other town/land to cater to your orders. (Meaning to contacting our supplier.)

How do I order?
As simple as copying and pasting the item's information to the order form and filling up your particulars. If you encounter any problem with the order form, please submit your order manually with products information to iwantthese@cherryblossom-town.com.

Can I get any discount?
All discounts are given as and when appropriate. Do check out check out Sakura Friends for more savings!

Why only Interbank transfer and paypal?
Cherryblossom town prefers to accept only these 2 payment methods as they are easier to use and more convenient compared with others. Meets ups will incur extra, and redundant, cost which will be borne by you, my dear.

But what if do not have a bank account or paypal?
In such event, please indicate in your order form and we will make further arrangement. How about a private jet? :)

What will the delivery methods be?
Item(s) will be sent out by private jet to Singpost who will then delivery them to your house within SG or internationally. Arrangements can be made if you prefer other courier service. Alternatively, our private jet will send it to our assistant who will then meet up with you!

Will it be safe using postage?
It is generally safe though we do encourage you to opt for registered mail which is more insured. International orders, we will encourage you to opt for services that allow tracking of your item(s).

Why is my item(s) defected?
We will need you to provide the exact information on the defect and we will see if anything can be done to rectify the situation. We will try our best to maintain our products in original/best condition before we send them out, however we hope that you can understand that item(s) might be damage during the delivery which we will not be responsible for as stated in our terms.

My item(s) is not how it look like when I order?
We will need you to provide more information on the differences. Due to individualˇ¦s computer resolution, we hope you understand that there might be slight differences to the actual product(s) with what you see on your screen. However, if it is the wrong item(s), please email us at iwantthese@cherryblossom-town.com where either exchange or refund will be given.
